The said corporate spirit originated from corporate culture and cultivated by corporate spirit is the soul of given entity and plays an decisive role in the development and expanding of the said entity. Our corporation pursues a corporate spirit “ To carefully survey every road and delicately design every bridge ” and we devote our efforts in the building of spiritual civilization of our corporation.

Overall Objective of Corporate Culture

In period of 2-3 years based on joint effort of corporate staff a corporate culture system shall be preliminarily established which meets the requirement of socialist market economy and modern corporate system, complies with principle of advanced culture development , fully reflects the core ideal and conceptual value recognized and agreed by all staff , bears distinguished features of times and traditional culture of our corporation by intensifying spreading and education of corporate material culture , behavioral culture, system culture and spiritual culture and rich and colorful cultural events and activies held by the corporation.
