The management policy pursued by our company is as follows: Implementation of the concept of green design, and providing safe, and high-quality products and services with the environmentally-friendly and energy-saving merits; Adherence of people-oriented idea, creation of good working environment, and protection of the employees’ well-being, and physical and mental health; Compliance with laws and regulations, and ensurance of the satisfaction of the community and the related parties through pollution prevention and energy conservation; Continuous improvement of the corporate performance and management to create a famous brand of China Road and Bridge Design.

In 2000, we established quality assurance system according to the ISO9001-94 and prepared the quality system documents. The system, functioned on Jan 1, 2001, achieved the certification of the China Classification Society Quality Assurance Ltd (CSQA) in December of the same year. In 2002, we revised the quality system documents according to the ISO9001-2000 and prepared a set of new quality control system documents. The system achieved the CSQA certification for new edition in June, 2003. The D edition system documents was published and implemented in April, 2008.

Till now, our company quality control system has been perfected and improved through 5 times supervisory audit, twice review audit, annual internal audit, management review and intermediate inspection. The system functions effectively, which ensures our offering of legally qualified products that meet the customers' needs and satisfy them.

Currently, our company has established management system of quality, environment and occupational health and safety and prepared a set of system files, which officially come into force from January 1, 2009. The company is scheduled to pass the certification of the China Classification Society Quality Assurance Ltd (CSQA) in November.

Quality control system documents (QCSD) include quality manual, documented procedures and work instruction documents. The quality handbook clarifies the company quality policy and target, organization and responsibility. It also describes every important process of the quality control system and the reciprocity between them.

Quality Target:

◆ Positively adopting the advanced and practical techniques and measurements and improving quality control system and process to make designed products at domestic leading and international advanced level and raise customer satisfaction rate over 85%.
◆ Designing elaborately and controlling the quality of process strictly to ensure the products’ percentage of pass reaches 100% and the fineness rate reaches 90%.
◆ Adherence to contracts, the national and regional regulations and technical standards in host countries to ensure the contract execution rate reach 100%.
◆ Do well in telling the real intention of the design documents, field service. Answer to ordinary questions within 24 hours while to the significant questions within 72 hours.

We have compiled 25 documented procedures and 14 work instruction documents. There are 68quality records need to be filled.

Objectives of Environment, occupational health and safety:

◆ Conservation of energy, water, electricity and paper, and reduction of overall energy consumption by 10% by 2010;
◆ Regular organization of the staff physical examination, and the examination rate of not less than 95%;
◆ No fire, electric shock, food poisoning and other major accidents;
◆ No major traffic accidents.

According to the ISO9001-2000 and company quality control documents, we control the design process strictly by revising and reviewing documents seriously, in order to ensure the quality of the designed products. Design services are offered in each project to timely and effectively solve the problems that rose in the construction, which make us enjoy high reputation in the clients, constructors and supervisors.

Over the decades, quality of our products is steady. The qualification rate reaches 100%. The fineness rate is over 90%. Customer satisfaction rate reaches 90%. Up to now no complaint of customer and no quality incident has ever happened.
